AiMarketing is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by SIA "Dual Core". This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use our services.

SIA "Dual Core" operates the AiMarketing platform, which helps businesses generate, manage, schedule, and publish marketing content across connected digital platforms and social networks.

3. Data we collect

• Account data – name, email address, company name, password (stored in hashed form), language and time zone preferences.
• Billing data (if applicable) – company legal details, VAT number, billing address, subscription and payment information.
• Connected platform data – account or page identifiers, usernames or display names, access tokens and permissions granted via official authorization flows when you connect third-party platforms.
• Content data – posts, captions, text, images, videos, and other materials you create or upload, including AI-generated content created on your request.
• Usage and technical data – IP address, device and browser type, and actions taken within the application for security and improvement purposes.

4. Use of access tokens and integrations

• We never collect or store your passwords for third-party platforms. Access tokens are issued directly by the connected platform using official authorization methods (such as OAuth).
• Access tokens are used only to perform actions you explicitly initiate, such as:
  • publishing content on your behalf,
  • retrieving account or page information,
  • reading engagement data related to your content.
• Tokens are stored securely (encrypted and/or in secure secret storage such as Azure Key Vault) and are never shared, sold, or used for advertising purposes.

5. Legal basis and your rights

We process personal data based on the performance of a contract, legitimate business interests, and, where required by law, your consent.
