AiMarketing is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided by SIA "Dual Core", which helps businesses create, manage, schedule, and publish marketing content across connected digital platforms and online services.

2. Account

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• All actions performed through your account are considered authorised by you.

3. Connected platforms and data access

• By connecting third-party platforms or services, you grant AiMarketing permission to access and use the data made available through official authorization mechanisms, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Connected platform data is used only to enable core service functionality, such as displaying connected accounts, publishing content you approve, and retrieving engagement-related information.
• You agree not to use the Service to publish spam, illegal, misleading, or harmful content, or to violate the terms of any connected platform.

4. AI-generated content

• AiMarketing may use artificial intelligence models to generate or suggest content, captions, ideas, or other materials.
• You remain fully responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing it through the Service.

5. Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be displayed within the application or on our website. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIA "Dual Core" shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from the use of the Service.
